Service Description

This engaging executive level leadership workshop is for senior management and leadership team members who already understand the needs for diversity, equity and inclusion within the organization. This workshop will provide training to leaders who need support adjusting their leadership style to include an equity lens, blocks bias and mitigates microaggressions. Participants in the “Know Better; Do Better” sessions will gain an understanding of how to measure an inclusive work culture and be able to define the signature traits of a truly inclusive leader. Session participants will also benefit from an introspective look at their strengths and weaknesses as a leader. They will learn what steps need to be taken to transform their unique team building attributes into a mechanism for creating a truly inclusive culture where staff are empowered to bring their best selves to work each day. *Sessions vary in length depending upon client needs, please schedule a consultation to discuss the ideal session length for your team.
