This training session focuses on DEI fundamentals, establishing a shared language, and creating the conditions for ongoing conversations around diversity, equity, and inclusion. With a specific emphasis on race, gender and class this workshop will aim to bring employees and the leadership team into alignment using frameworks and tools that model inclusion for all. This learning journey sets a solid foundation for defining and understanding the fundamentals of socialization, biases, microaggressions, and belongingness while establishing a shared language to intentionally create cultures that embrace differences. *Sessions vary in length depending upon client needs, please schedule a consultation to discuss the ideal session length for your team.
